If you do not have access to these conditions, you can request them by telephone or post from the contact person mentioned in the order or view and download them here on the internet.

If both Dutch and English versions of the conditions are available, the version in the same language as the contract will always apply to your contract, unless otherwise specified. However, conditions that are available in one language only may apply to you if that was how your contract was arranged.
