Our production sites stand out, whether it’s a power plant, wind farm or solar field. And they often remain present in the landscape for a long time. RWE considers it important to be a good neighbour. The construction of new wind or solar farms is carried out in consultation with local residents and other stakeholders. Together, we look for the best options for landscape integration or participation.
As a reliable partner, responsible business conduct is the basis of all our social activities—whether it concerns social involvement, joint education programmes, or local sponsorship deals. In this way, we aim to build bridges to the local community.
Unfortunately, individual visits to our sites are not possible. Open Days are organised regularly. In addition, we occasionally open our doors during events such as the annual Open Energy Day.
