Energietalenten was created to strengthen the connection between education and the energy sector, and admits 20 new talented Master's students every year. The students receive two years of financial support for their studies and get access to interesting projects, workshops, field trips and internships organised by programme partners such as RWE.
At the same time, the students get the chance to actively build a network in the energy sector and take part in information sessions at secondary schools to help get the next generation of students fired up about the energy transition. They also contribute to innovative solutions to complex issues within the energy sector.
