“A huge advantage of the graduate programme at RWE is the almost complete freedom to decide where you want to spend your time.”
At RWE in the Benelux, learning and doing are one and the same. We’re committed to driving the energy transition and fostering innovation for a sustainable future – so there is always something new for us to discover.
Our internship, working student, graduate, PhD and apprenticeship programmes place you at the heart of our work with all the support to grow, no matter what team you join. Explore our opportunities to see how you can build on your education and create real impact in the field.

With an apprenticeship or a dual study programme, you can get started right away in the field and gain valuable experience.
Apprenticeship and dual study programmes positions are typically posted on our job board in line with current business needs.

Within our Energy Transformation Graduate Programme, graduates will contribute to active projects and take on responsibility early across a range of energy sectors.
We also offer various other global graduate programmes.

An internship or working student position at RWE in the Benelux offers you a wide range of opportunities. You can gain valuable experience and not only contribute your specialist knowledge, but also significantly expand it.
Internships and working student positions are typically posted on our job board in line with current business needs.

Occasionally, thesis topics are advertised on our job board. More often, however, our interns and working students complete their theses in collaboration with us. We therefore recommend first applying for an internship or working student position and, if intersted, discussing potential thesis topics during your interview.
In some cases, it is also worth inquiring at the university about existing partnerships with RWE.
